Our ice cream story

It all started in 2016 when Christopher and Cathrine Flury, a dynamic couple from Switzerland, found the courage to follow their dreams and emigrate to Florida, USA. Their passion for ice cream accompanied them on this exciting new adventure.

They dreamed of an ice cream parlor where they could make their own homemade ice cream. A place where they could share their love of ice cream with others and delight people with delicious creations.

The idea grew in them and became a permanent part of their lives.

Inspired by their Swiss roots, the two began to develop their vision of "Sweet Alps Ice Cream." The name of the new ice cream parlor should not only represent their Swiss origin, but also convey the magical and mystical atmosphere of the Alpine landscapes.

With tireless efforts and a firm belief that only the best ingredients produce the most delicious creations, they began to carefully select the best ingredients. They did not want to make ordinary ice cream, but to take their customers on a culinary journey through the Alps.

Finally, the time had come - they opened their own ice cream parlor, and "Sweet Alps Ice Cream" became a reality. The moment they opened the doors and greeted the first customers with warm smiles and the smell of freshly baked waffle cones was magical. It was as if the two had brought a piece of Switzerland to the sunny Florida landscapes.
